Expectation by Cruise Liner

• Become proficient with all safety and technical equipment used by the
  Deck Department
• Take part in standby on the mooring deck, tender operation, and
  gangway duties as required
• Familiar with and complies with the ship’s SMS, including the safety and
  environmental policy

Requirements :

• Six months to one year experience as Able Body Seaman on a cruise or
  passenger vessel preferred
• Could consider one to two years experience as Ordinary Seaman
• Deck Watchkeeping certificate preferred
• Good communication skills
• Flexible in day-to-day activities

Expectation by Cruise Liner

• Perform minor repairs of appliances such as vacuum cleaner, carpet shampoo equipment. etc
• Electric driven deck machinery, lantern system, whirlpool electrical system
  pool, spa and whirpool water heating, circulating, treatment and monitoring equipment

Requirements :

• Min one year experience in large cruise vessels as electrician
• 2 years experience as GP assistant electrician on large cruise
  experience in all type of Electrical Fault finding and installation.
• Relevant qualifications of a certified electrician required.
• Must have an above average command of the spoken and written English language must have the highest levels of honestly and integrity

• Shares responsibility for inventory control of the entire Deck,
  Engineering and Entertainment stores.
• Assists Store Keeper in updating AMOS M&P system stock control
  daily.
• Assists Store Keeper in receiving on board stores related to Deck,
  Engineering and Entertainment Departments.
• Check the condition of all spares received on the quay side to ensure
  they are delivered without damages.

Requirements :

• Demonstrates suitable previous experience as Storekeeper.
• Proficient in the Amos M&P software system.
• Must have an above average command of the spoken and written
  English language
• Must be forceful in carrying out responsibilities as regards to control of
  systems and stock in the technical stores
• Must be flexible and self motivated
• Must have the highest levels of honesty and integrity

• Responsible for inventory control of the entire deck and engineering
  stores
• Update AMOS M & P system stock control daily
• Receive stores on board related to Deck, Engineering, and
  Entertainment Departments
• Check the condition of chlorine drums on the quay on arrival and makes
  sure caps are tight. Rejects drums that are damaged, leaking or
  pressurized due to heat

Requirements :

• Minimum one year of experience in large cruise vessels technical stores
  as Storekeeper
• Proficient in the Amos M & P software system, particularly as regards to
  procurement
• Must have an above average command of the spoken and written
  English language
• Must be forceful in carrying out responsibilities as regards to control of
  systems and stock in the technical stores
• Must be flexible and self motivated
• Must have the highest levels of honesty and integrity

•  Perform daily maintenance and cleaning of all outside decks including
  distribution and collection of towels and disposal of garbage in pool
  areas
• Take part in standby on the mooring deck, tender operation, and
  gangway duties as required
• Familiar with all safety and technical equipment used by the Deck
  Department
• Willingness to be trained and improve skills in all areas of work to be
  eligible for promotion to Able Bodied Seaman

Requirement

• Six months to one year experience as Ordinary Seaman on a cruise or
  passenger vessel preferred
• Deck cadet or other ship experience at sea considered
• Good communication skills
• Flexible in day-to-day activities

Expectation Cruise Liner

• Assist with corrective maintenance of the equipment:-
  all machinery, instruments and other equipment within the hotel department like, main guest and crew laundry equipment, galleys and pantry equipment.
• Door, handrails, stainless steel walls and covers, window washing system, provision trolleys and other mechanical devices Hot/Cold water, gray/black water (inc, all sanitary systems), pulper/drain, etc
• Dry garbage system with all the equipment
• Wet gadbage system with all the equipment
• Swimming pools and Jacuzzi with all the equipment, including seawater filling pumps and pipelines in the engine room
• Lifeboats, rescue boats and tenders with all the equipment.
