Kuala Lumpur · Consulting, processing and training
Qualified people, and paperwork that gets accepted
Think Plus Consulting Sdn Bhd. We train people to a certified standard, we advise on ESG, carbon and compliance, and we take the documents behind them through the ministries, Wisma Putra and the embassies. Three lines of work, one office in Bandar Sri Damansara.
Malaysia does not issue apostilles. If someone abroad asked you for one, this is what they actually need.

Questions
Common questions
Can I get an apostille on my Malaysian document?
Malaysia is not a contracting party to the Apostille Convention and does not issue Convention apostilles. Ask the receiving authority which legalisation or other verification it requires for your Malaysian-issued document.
What do you need from me to start?
Your first message only needs the document type, issuing country, destination, requesting authority and deadline. We’ll confirm which scans or originals are needed and how to send or bring them.
How long does legalisation take?
Timing depends on the document-specific prerequisites, translation and authorities involved. We confirm the steps and a timeline for your particular documents before submission.
Which countries can you process visas for?
Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Egypt, Indonesia, the Philippines and Malaysia. For the United Arab Emirates we handle the document attestation rather than the visa, because the UAE visa is issued from their side.
How do I get course details and dates?
Email training@thinkplusmanpower.com. Course level detail is sent on enquiry rather than published, because intakes and content change.
Can I come to the office?
Yes. Ativo Plaza, Bandar Sri Damansara, Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm. Tell us the document details first and we confirm what to bring or send.
